I had an excellent experience at the Leeds Road, Huddersfield branch. From the moment I walked in, Nazar was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. He listened carefully to my queries, explained everything clearly, and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.
What stood out most was his patience and friendly attitude ? nothing felt rushed, and I left feeling confident with the service I received. It?s rare to come across such attentive and reliable customer support these days, and Nazar really set the standard high.
I would definitely recommend asking for him if you want outstanding customer service.

I called at Next today and purchased 2 Christmas jumpers and a sparkly Christmas top. I just wanted to say thank you very much to the lady Ruth that served me she was so friendly, chatty and helpful, ordering a top that wasn?t available in store in my size, it really made the overall experience fantastic. Thank you, Ruth.?????

Came here today as according to maps it is open till 8pm! There was no record of it being shut down, on google it appears to be open and business as usual! However! The entire place is shut down! Not happy at all after making plans to come here to find that there is no Next store! So anyone else wanting to go don't waste your time the store doesnt exist!

I hate this industrial site x went into next for some trousers for my husbands funeral, got what I wanted and they were great but took me two and a half hours to get out of car park with a 35 degree heat , will not be going again ever !

Husband managed to find two discounted trainers in his size, very happy! There was a sale on but sadly nothing for me. Found a beautiful perfume that I liked though for a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Went to return some items. Happy to wait at the tills but a male assistant/manager/rude human refused to allow me to do so despite me saying I was happy to wait. He forced me to a drop box, expected covid unsafe proximity and was extremely rude whilst lecturing that returns will be not taken at tills and this was more environmentally friendly (what a joke with their excessive packaging). Plenty of other shops that are not rude to customers or try to bully them. Will save me money because I have closed my account. I do expect to be bullied and intimidated when shopping.

Really rude manager. Just returned a pair of shoes that my son has had around six weeks - the sole had dropped off, so clearly faulty. Didn?t have the receipt, as my ex husband purchased them, but according to The Consumer Rights Act, this shouldn?t be a problem, as I only wanted to exchange. The manager repeated to me a couple of times that I ?should have kept my receipt? (she clearly hadn?t listened to my explanation as to why there was no receipt) then demanded to know whether they?d been bought in store, online, on account, what my ex husbands postcode is?..none of which I knew, and none of which is relevant when I simply wanted to EXCHANGE A FAULTY ITEM. She then snapped at me that she would override it on this occasion. Like she was doing me a massive favour, and not carrying out something that I?m legally entitled to. I wonder if Miss High and Mighty Manager keeps every single receipt, for every single thing she ever buys?
