Some items are priced too high for the condition. I bought men's trousers with some fault for £18. It should have been less than that. Same applies to some baby clothes.

I know it is an outlet,but come on selling worn products,rips and full of muds shoes unbranded in nearly new price subject to no return accepted is not just against consumer rights but worse than charity shop. In some cases after hrs searching when you finally get something that clearly on sale but tags missing,they would refuse selling it as the sale price and would expect you to pay the full price.their excuse they have to send it back not thinking that customer spent time to go through all the items. Very poorly managed.poor customer service and shouldn't be allowed to sell mudfull,tearful items in nearly new price.

Most of the clothes are seconds, worn returns, dirty or ripped. Im sure you could find a bargain, but you would need to have a good look. Personally I wasn't impressed. Theres loads of stock to look through, but then again you may be disappointed only to find it a damaged item.

It?s an ok store, I?d say more for women?s wear than anything else. Popped in to see what they had in for kids clothes and menswear but there wasn?t much in really.

Got to give this outlet a real thumbs up, not the jumble sale experience of rummage through floor fell items but cared for store and friendly staff. Items are a range of sizes, from prom dresses to sports gear and the whole capsule wardrobe of jeans, jackets, tops and jumpers. It also handles Next online receive and return which is fab for the people who need a car park outside the shop on an evening. The Manager and staff are trained in a great ethos.
