Went into to deposit cash was told to use a machine even though I asked to see a cashier , messing about with notes close to the door machine can only take so many notes at once , first batch fed into machine spat 10 out put them back in spat 5 back out then swallowed the whole lot with error on the screen out of order , bank worker then disappeared through a door the machine i was using made loads of banging i was stood around eventually she came back with the notes saying they where stuck together would i like to see the cashier , joined a queue of people took 2 mins once i got served no apologies from any of the three women bank workers all in all took 15 mins would rate the branch zero but you have to give 1 star , staff arrogant and no customer service.

I went into this branch today and was dealt with by Jo. She was friendly, helpful and assisted me quickly. The other staff seemed attentive and friendly too. Unsure why there are so many negative reviews about this branch.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I went to put money into my account through the machines and it stole my money?The staff there were pretty much useless and told me it wasn?t in there. Ended up going to the post office where all of my money went into my account efficiently. Definitely won?t be going back to that terrible branch.

Worst customer service of any branch, staff talk down to you and are very rude. I made a complaint against a staff member and low and behold the person i was complaining about was dealing with my complaint.Natwest you need to get this branch sorted !!!!

Really disappointed that I travelled down to the natwest bank in huddersfield to find the shutters down and it had a temporary closure notice on the shutters, but it states online that it is still open. You should really keep your customers informed to stop the spread of covid, the disappointment and the waste of a journey. Thankyou

Having noted the abysmal reviews of this branch, I saddled my steed and set forth with a notable sense of foreboding and trepidation in the direction of the bank. How surprised I was to find a quick efficient service awaiting me. Very smooth experience in spite of the pandemic nonsense and I was in and out in a jiffy. Smashing.

The staff are always working so hard but take time to greet me and are pleasant and helpful everyday. As a business customer I regularly visit this branch and couldn't ask for anything more than the courteous service I recieve consistently.

Went into branch did application on the phone went thorough fine no problem was informed to make application form quicker go into branch with identification so I did with more than enough I.D told to wait which I did an hour colleague called Helen look at my bank statement and saw the high balance and said because I wasn't switching she couldn't open the account and take my identification logged a complaint and confirmed you can have as many current accounts as you want. Colleagues absolutely useless.

Whilst visiting family in Huddersfield i visited your branch it was awful. The branch is all machines which I did not want to use. I found one teller when free then told me she was cash only so I banked cash then was told I had to book a time to pay a Bacs at another desk. It was so annoying . If they had the staff that were wandering around 'advising' on a till all the customers would have been served and away much quicker. I do not have this problem at my local branch as we still have human beings to talk to and to be served by.

I just went into natwest bank in huddersfield and I put some money in through the coin machine but when the receipt came out it came as £30 less than what it was bearing in mind i counted this beforehand. I went to the one of the blonde ladies and she was adamant that the stupid machine is correct and just stared me blank in the face. so bloody rude. changing banks. a grown lady has no manners. someone can teach her a thing or two. bye

Rude and worst staff i ever meet.i was there to open account but she said open in other bank not in natwest bank.what type of staff they are.

A little bit of snow and it was shut - fully gritted roads/pavements, just a bit of snow scattered about as it stopped snowing yesterday. Every other bank, high street store and coffee shop was open except for Natwest! I too have had bad experiences with the staff here: standing around chatting when the queue stretches the length of the bank and being questioned/looked down on when raising an issue with a banking error. I have a feeling this closure will be down to the staff trying to get a day off, no-one else on the high-street got one, but somehow all of the Natwest staff did.

Huddersfield branch dreadful counter service may as well be not existent, ridiculous queues just to reach to someone. Only then told to go to a different counter. I think i need to change my bank. I dont know even why i bank with you. Poor quality bank service to avoid.
