I had my credit card blocked and had a lot of issues when phoning the various different teams involved to unblock the account.. was told I was required to attend the branch with two forms identification.. while I went into the branch a lovely lady at the front desk helped resolve the issue and despite having to experience yet more trauma being passed around the different teams over the phone.. she at least made it bearable.. so thank you :)

Over the last few weeks I have visited the Huddersfield branch to navigate how to register a lasting power of attorney and due to my lack of computer skills had to be guided step by step by the professional staff. One Staff member inparticularly, an Asian chap, has dealt with myself and elderly dad on two occasions and went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly, thanks to all the staff.

A brilliant service over the telephone at the Huddersfield branch.
My call was answered quickly and the multiple bank associated tasks I wanted to complete were dealt with by several different staff, all of whom were very professional polite and thorough.
Very pleased with the excellent service.

Poor customer relations, and not helpful, my daughter wanted to get her trust fund money , they would not accept provisional driving license birth certificate because she was over the age of 18, national insurance card and letter a signed letter from NatWest bank stating it was her bank statements from nationwide itself, was told we needed a doctors letter or a bank statement sent to the house from her bank,

I visited Huddersfield branch this week,a normal pleasant experience,though midday busy,was asked if I'd mind replying to an online review! I opened my expected email,but declined filling in the questions. I don't think the purpose of my visit is relevent to the survey,the purpose of my visit is private and personal,so I didn't complete it. I will say though that the staff are ALWAYS available and helpful .

Never will I open an account with this bank again, was told (over webchat) that my daughter could use her Over 18 CitizenCard and a Nationwide Statement as ID to close her Child Trust Fund Account, went into branch, only to find out that I was told the wrong information, have now had to pay £33 for her GP to write her a letter with her Name, Address & Date of Birth on.Customer Service was absolutely appalling, no apology for being told the wrong information. No understanding why they don't accept Citizencards as ID, it has her photo, date of birth, age & pass hologram on and you also have to pay for them, get with the times Nationwide.

I know there is a pandemic but it's bad that it's only open 3 days a week , need to pay some cheques in one for my son so haven't got his card , thought it was run for the members , think they think they are the only ones that work .

Great team all happy and quick to sort things out. The staff made me feel very comfortable non problems whatsoever. They should do up the interior but that's not on the poeple that work there ?
