Very poor work by this company. Overspray on the window, dashboard & door rubbers. Drivers door not refitted correctly. Trim not refitted correctly. Just so shoddy. They did offer to collect my car on a flatbed (they're at least an hour away from me) and put it right. I declined as frankly, I don't want them near my car again. I asked for a goodwill gesture (saving them significant money over the cost of a flatbed and the hourly rate for transport & repairs) but the manager declined. Insurance companies...please look at these reviews and choose a repair centre that prides itself on both it's work and customer service.

Overall experience not very good. Had car in over 6 weeks for repairs, wasn't kept up to date with progress. Never given info of work that they had to complete.With all that said, must admit when finally received car back from garage, upon inspection they had completed a great job and car was very clean and tidy.All repairs were to the highest standards and even the Driver who returned it was polite and respectful.Shame that I had to experience difficulties at the beginning of this process. Hence why I have wrote note above.Something for garage to work on in the future.Many thanks for repairs to my vehicle.

!!!!!! Do not use this place the repair was minimum as possible cutting corners the car is inspected in the car park not on a ramp will.never use these guys and if it insured by Liverpool Victoria they recommend these cowboys to inspected your and and carry the work company is a joke I told them to not work on my car until they verify everything by me they carried the work out without my authorisation poor company do not use them if it gets allocated by your insurance company!!!!
