Loved my experience at Nandos. Food was tasty. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO KIAN. He was absolutely soo kind and caring. Took us respectfully to our table and kept coming to check up on us. That?s what service is all about!

Ordered a takeaway from here a number of times and every time it got progressively worse. Last time the chicken wings were bitter burnt and not much meat on them. This time, two burnt chicken legs instead of half a chicken, burnt garlic bread and no sauces. Deliveroo only offering a partial refund.

Disgusting
Tables and seats filthy with stains. No knives as ?they are all in the dishwasher?. Rude waiting staff. Wobbly tables (both tables we sat at). All fizzy drinks were flat.
Food itself was good, the chefs did a great job and the location is good being in the town centre.

Love nandos, chicken was hot and spicy. Mash was a little dry this time but still got eaten. Platter was enough for me and my daughter.

A staff member had a small accident (dropped a sauce which smashed it happens) the manager then was leaving other guests mid order telling them they he has to go sort this out very loudly, didn't seem bothered if staff member okay just getting In the way.
The staff member who was managing perfectly fine to clean it up but the manager was making such a drama out of creating a scene.
The manager looked like he was going to have a heart attack running around to every station trying to micro manage every team member with every job with his red face surely he should trust his team? . It's not a nice environment both for staff and customers him running around there, wow i couldn't work under him or with him. He seemed to slow things down if anything making a drama be better suited to acting.
I mean I even went to grab sauces and he's asking if he can help!.
The chips as cold on arrival had to send back maybe instead of running around he shoves an apron on and helps getting food out.
The staff was polite and helpfull no issues on that aspect.

Food is the best, needs a solution to lower hall sound volume, it takes more time to get your order i guess this can be solved. Staff were great.
