Just had Richard from MS Cookers & Boilers to repair our AGA. After 2 months of being without our beloved cooker and hot water supplier and much head scratching by various heating engineers, found Richard, online, and am so impressed with his professional approach and of course ability to fix the problem. We would certainly recommend MS Cookers & Boilers to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable heating engineer.

I was delighted with my service from MS Cookers and Boilers. I was originally visited for my annual service. It was established that repairs would be necessary at some cost but I would still have a 14 year-old boiler. After some thought I decided to order and have installed a new boiler. I was given an appointment. Alec arrived punctually for an 8am appointment. The installation was completed to my total satisfaction. He arrived fully equipped for the job. A sheet was laid on the floor so that my carpet was protected. Also, he brought over-slippers to be be worn over outdoor shoes while working indoors. These were put on and taken off appropriately as he came into and out of the house to collect equipment. Alec answered any questions I had. He was totally professional and cleared up after completing a long shift, leaving my house clean at the end. All parts of the old boiler were taken away. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and its employees to any acquaintances.

1st class service, always kept up to date via e-mails/text messages re time arriving. Did a very thorough job on my oil fired aga and boiler and replaced parts where needed. Also did a thorough clean up after and left as found. Would highly recommend.

Had a problem with my boiler which Worcester Bosch couldn't sort for me. I messaged Richard on Saturday morning to let him know. He messaged me first thing Monday and within a couple of hours he had sorted it all out for me.
He messages when he is on the way and also emails afterwards to check everything is ok

Richard has made an annual thorough service of my Aga cooker and boiler since Jun 2019. And in July 2024 fitted a larger radiator. He is very punctual, polite and helpful. Will definitely request the service again next year. Has my full recommendation!

Use MS Cookers & Boilers for Gas boiler servicing and general CH issues. Always on time and gives an honest appraisal of any work needed. We won't use anyone else. Highly recommended! This time before the service Richard noted many faults on our old boiler so we opted replace as near as possible like for like. We now have a new Vaillant Boiler and Richard managed get us an extended warranty to 10 years. Also replaced an old radiator. All work completed the same day. Very neat installation with all packaging etc removed. Highly recommended MS is you need any work doing to a very high standard.
Richard now been back to replace all our Microbore pipework to 15mm.. All work completed to a high standard and any rubbish removed. We won't use anybody else, highly recommended!
