I placed an order on the app, which said it hadn?t gone through, so ordered again. I was then charged twice and they said they couldn?t refund, go through the app. I?ve tried but cannot get through to them. I go to this McDonald?s weekly, usually there?s not a problem, the staff especially Loraine are lovely. I?m hoping this will get some attention.

Ordered 3 chicken selects from here. Ate one and after eating it, it was stone cold in the middle with clearly undercooked bits in them.
This morning now got awful stomach ache and nausea. Suspected food poisoning. Avoid!!

I did an online order with uber eats. The driver was ages picking up my order. And the food that came had obviously sat there the whole time. It was stone cold and awful. Surely they could?ve made a fresh lot when they knew the driver was on route!!

Excellent service from the servers, chicken was small, I ordered a large meal, it was misheard as a normal I offered to pay the difference but they provided a large without the cost anyway. Well done.

Decided to try out the new £5 meal deal and I was rather happy but I wish they'd of done the burger how it was ordered but it came with onion's on which I'd made sure to remove when at first I thought I'd missed them when I customised it but I checked the receipt and I did actually remove them but it didn't ruin the burger it was just a bit unexpected that's all
