On Saturday, while visiting my significant other's family in Huddersfield, one of our suitcases got lost at the airport. In a bit of a scramble, I searched online for a clothing store along the way to pick up some new clothes. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially a blond gentleman who went above and beyond to assist me. He listened to what I needed and quickly suggested options that fit both my style and the occasion. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. The store also had a great selection of great clothing. Definitely would come back here again if I'm in the area.

Do not drop off your dpd delivery parcels here. One of the asian staff is very careless. They forgot to scan my parcel and it was still at their location while I was expecting it to be delivered to Netherlands.

Second time I've been in the last three months and never again!
First time I was followed around the store by none discreet store detectives ( I've never stolen anything in my life but felt so uncomfortable I just bought something near the till to get out )
Went Sunday with a friend and purchased £ 70 +items waited over 5 minutes before a till was available, only self service! It didn't scan one item so there being no staff about I banged on the counter really loud until a member of staff arrived who had to scan the last three items " because of a problem with the bar code " I had to just put my items on a heap next to the till as there's no room to pack anything, This is the worst experience of shopping? I have ever had, to top it all I wanted to pay with cash and couldn't only card which meant I had to mess around moving money from one account to another! Never again will I shop there again!
Maybe if you took some staff off following innocent shoppers around and put them behind the tills you could provide a decent service!!!!

Queueing times at checkouts at horrendous. Just been in for one item, the manager stood near tills called for someone else to open a till (rather than opening one themselves - since they weren?t doing anything anyway) and it took the colleague 10 minutes to appear and actually open up another till. Think some staff members need retraining!

As usual, absolutely loads and loads of womens and kids items in the sale but hardly anything at all in the mens! Come on Matalan, a bit of equality would be nice. This ALWAYS happens!
