I can only heap praise on this agent as from day one they controlled the whole process of selling my house, they advertised well and kept me informed at all stages of the sale, Ava was very professional and knowledgeable in her role if there was an issue she did not know about there was no guesses she went away and found out the details required and brought it back to me, The sale of the house was not straight forward with issues from the past causing problems with the sale late in the process, Sam picked the problem up and took the time to research similar issues and bring a solution to the table.I would recommend the whole team with their professional outlook around house sales.

Can not recommend Martin Thornton more. Bailie in particular worked tirelessly to help us while we were buying our first home from one of their listings. I have used Martin Thornton?s to sell 2 properties. The service is brilliant. The staff are very friendly and very helpful throughout the whole selling experience. Nothing is too much trouble for them.Also where they are based at Salendine Nook is very convenient. There is plenty of parking and there are no steps into the building.Thank you to all.
