Staff are all so miserable and rude here it's seriously gone down hill. Noone can be bothered to serve you at the counter and they think it's OK to serve you freezing cold food at 9.30pm when it doesn't close for another 2 hours. I took my food back and the girl said to me it's fine when it was freezing cold!!! I asked them to make me a fresh portion and then was given dirty looks whilst I waited for my fresh food.

staff are horrible lazy and rude, no care was put into preparing the food and they were rude when i tried to order with cash at the counter and they just pointed to the screen. when my food was ready they just carelessly slid it over the counter while laughing and speaking in their own language and when i made eye contact he just scowled at me for some reason? also the toilets were vile and reeked

Cold and unclean store - I was the first customer to order today and my table wasn?t clean.
Chicken was dry, everything else tasted ok? but nothing special about it.
Customer service was poor, staff member looked uninterested. A man came in to the store and asked to order at the till, the staff member offered very patronisingly to ?help him? use the kiosk? while standing in front of the till. After asking twice, the man then walked out of the store.
Overall, service was poor, the food was mediocre and the toilets were locked - the staff then asked if we had a coin to unlock the toilet - that?s not a customers job!

As per usual the customer service is none exsitant, better customer service in a mortuary, if you want to wait for ages for fast food this is the place to go. Ridiculous!

Called in at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon the chips were cold (not fresh) and they didn?t even give me the burger meal I asked for, couldn?t be bothered to go back in to complain but will definitely check my meal before leaving the restaurant next time

The staff have all the 'joi de vivre' of a mortuary attendant and, like many KFC's in the area, the self-serve touch screen wasn't operational. I went next door to Subway instead

This is the worst KFC in Huddersfield, always a lottery whether your order will have everything you ordered, it isn't just one time either, this shit has been happening for 20yrs, the food is suspect at times & the hygiene of the place is disgusting - the toilets are vile, it's just not good enough. I will never go here again & advise you not to go either.

Absolutely won?t go again!! The staff are rude the service is terrible and the hygiene looks suspect! I stood for 5 mins at the kiosk with a big sign saying ?order here we are happy to help? I?m sorry but none of them were happy and none of them helped. When I did speak with someone he told me I couldn?t order there and I had to use the screen! Lazy and rude and what?s worse I think it was the manager???. My 6 year old needed the toilet so went with him ?? they were disgusting! May as well have weed on the floor like everyone else had! Finally ordered some foot and had to wait again, for chips!!!!!! Stay away it?s a disgrace. Can?t put zero stars, shame cos they deserve it!

Why doesn't this place stick to its posted closing times? I won't bother driving to this one anymore, twice I've driven over only to find it's shut hours before it's meant to be
