Bought a number of mattresses from their agent and one of the mattresses has a fault. Reported it to the agent and the company direct. Wouldn't even consider that it's a fault if theirs. Has a 12 month warranty but mattress is 2 years old. Hardly gets slept on... Won't be buying from the agent or the brand again.
