After breaking my only shed key, I was panicking about getting it sorted so called upon Johnsons to see if they could help me in replacing this.I couldn?t pronounce the name of the lovely lady who served me as I was massively tongue-tied but she couldn?t do enough to help!I left the broken key with her and she text me a couple of hours later to say that she?d sorted a replacement so went to pay and collect. It was absolutely perfect and I walked away a happy customer knowing I could still access my shed.To see negative reviews on here from some people blows my mind as Laniyana honestly couldn?t do any more and dealt with the line of other customers, superbly and is an absolute credit to the company.I honestly couldn?t recommend them enough.

The key service is really bad. Only one in four keys is actually workingMy friend and I were replacing keys - first time we got two replacement keys and none of them worked. Upon replacing, only one of the two keys worked.There is a warranty on the keys, but it?s a lottery as to if your key will actually work.

The lady who looked after my dry cleaning, Laniyana, was absolutely brilliant. I needed a suit dry cleaning, in a hurry, for a funeral and she did exactly what she promised, texting me, the following morning, to let me know it was ready. She was friendly, courteous and a great asset to the company. If only all people in customer facing positions were this good, the world would be a much better place to spend my hard earned money. Hi,I came into the store with my dry cleaning needs and was attended by Ianiyana. She was very professional and very friendly. Gave me the appropriate advise regarding my concerns (damp and mould on my clothing) and overall was very empathetic towards my situation. I don?t usually leave reviews but I?ve took time out specially to write this review as I think she deserves to get recognition for her hard work. She has a lot of knowledge regarding clothing and I don?t think I would of got that level of service elsewhere. Thank you Ianiyana!

Johnsons have admitted liability for completely ruining my son's £1,200 Burberry raincoat and have offered £100 in compensation.According to their website ... they are the experts and specialists .... but we gave them a clean, barely worn coat which just wanted freshening up and they have destroyed it and won't replace it.The staff in Huddersfield are perfectly nice helpful, and I accept accidents do happen, but the management of Johnsons and head office have slow-timed our complaint for over 4 months and then offered a pathetically unacceptable sum in compensation. Absolutely appalling customer service. I now have to spend hours and hours going through dispute resolution before I can even take them to court. All I wanted was my son's coat freshening up for when he comes home after 2 years stuck abroad due to Covid. Thanks a lot Johnsons!

Superb service at this Johnsons in Huddersfield Sainsbury?s, Clothes and items come back like brand new. I don?t know what they use and how they use it but it?s amazing really pleased with the results everyone I visit. I have a several dry cleaners right by where I live but I travel further just to come here. Good prices and staff always look after me, I recommend getting their Johnson?s loyalty card. Always deliver on time and items come back crisp and fresh in a clear plastic protective bag. Thanks guys!

I can absolutely vouch for the brilliant service I receive every time I visit the store. The clothes are squeaky clean and the overall service including the demeanour of the staff working there is top notch. They accommodate special requests, are always polite and deliver on time. I will be continuing to use this service thanks to the brilliant staff here in Huddersfield Salisbury's store.
