It's a good job I live locally if I didn't live locally I would not go to this store. It's okay for what it is. It's just small. If you're going out of your way to travel to this store I wouldn't. Go to the one on Leeds Road it's much much better. The staff are always nice and friendly: the store is good for people to grab the essentials

Hello, I don't have anything to say about the store, but when it comes to the employees, there's one young man with red hair. which spoiled my Christmas day, I will describe it to make it clear, I walk around the store and look for certain things, consulting my wife via messenger, the ladies ask me why I take photos. so I answer that I'm talking to my wife online, and he asks again and asks for the second time, I don't know if this store has any prohibitions, although I haven't seen any signs prohibiting video calls, so I'll look for this store because I don't want to get upset, JUST PEOPLE BUY IN OTHER STORES PEOPLE, MY LEG WILL CERTAINLY WON'T STAND THERE AGAIN. WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS

27th Dec, says on website opens at 8am, on door 8am, somebody mouthed through the glass "we open at 9".... well that's an hour of my life I won't get back! Cheers for that......

Lovely place clean and tidy pleasant staff I always find everything I need here for my little fur babies. Not as loud as busy as the main road store which I love. If their pet supplies are low the shop next door does the trick. Plus a Maccies on the way out goes down a treat. Love this little shopping area of ours x

A place where managers are aloud to bully other managers for being pregnant and get away with it. Where complaints are made and not dealt with many times by many people. Where staff can slag people off on shop floor and nothing be done about it. It?s a joke and a place that encourages disgusting behaviour today members of staff and pregnant employees. They should be ashamed how they handle things and disgusted how they let people be treated in the work place

I recommend people to stay away. Firstly they are rude. They allow bullying in the workplace and discriminate against pregnant people. Secondly, when complaints are made nothing is done even more many people have complained about the same store and the same person so they encourage the behaviour by ignoring it. They let their staff and managers swear at customers victimise, pregnant women and disgustingly talk about it on the shop floor and nothing gets done. When you call customer service they fub you off and tell you there is nothing they can do. My partner is a manager there and pregnant and is a victim of this abuse in her workplace and many emails by her has been sent yet nothing has been done and I got banned for asking one manager why she was bullying my partner. She already is having a complicated pregnancy and all this is making her feel worse. This is not a family store which is a shame as I used to love home bargains and I will not be shopping in any of there stores again. It is disappointing the hr team the area manager and the complaints team don?t feel the need to look in to this and put a stop to it just goes to show that money is more important then the well-being of the staff that work there.
