By far the best Greggs ive ever visited. The team are always super and there are some real characters. All are friendly, polite and helpful. Always greeted with a smile no matter who is on duty.
They also make the best pumpkin spice lattes - they get it just right.
If every greggs was run like this branch they would be making headlines. Hope they get the credit they deserve. Greggs head office should be very proud. ??
Vegetarian options: As you would expect. Not a fan of the vegan sausage roll think a vegetarian option would be better and healthier .
Kid-friendliness: Staff are always warm and friendly to everyone. Have deals for children etc.
Wheelchair accessibility: In kingsgate fully accessible.

I bought cheese onion pasty for my wife. The pasty tasted like it was 3 days old and it was ice cold. Never going there again. I?m very very disappointed.

A rude boy served me. He started trash-talking his coworkers right in front of me, making one feel really bad about herself. It was super gross and disrespectful. I won't go back there again after that. He got my order wrong and didn't show any sympathy. I could be allergic and he doesn't care at all. The other girl gave me new food and was brilliant. This boy should take notes. How can management here think its okay for this to be happening. I won't be back if I see this person here.

I was served by a male with a disgusting attitude. He started telling me that his work team is bad at their job, humiliating them. He told me that an employee is useless making sure she was listening. As a regular customer I am disgusted at this behaviour and would refuse service of him again. This happened last weekend and I will not be returning!Vegetarian options: A couple vegan products!

I came into Gregg's this sat morning a young lady served me I asked for a Defca latte the lady said we don't do defca latte but we do defca coffee I can make u one if you want me to make you one and would you like hot milk in it? I said yes. That would be great the lady then asked if I would like the coffee bag leaving in I said no could you please removeI she said yes of course Then a large girl turned around and said to the young lady in a condescending manner make sure you remove the coffee bag using a spoon as if the young lady was an idiot

well i go their daily and have my mocha the service is sooo good staff is so friendly and they always welcome you with a big smile and always know what i want even before i say cadee was on the tills she took my order yesterday she was so energetic and so lovely and rubyy made my mocha she was so professional and lovely as well i always choose kingsgate greggs coz they never say no to my demands i love the staff over here????????Vegetarian options: there is less options for vegetarians or hallal food here but onion and cheese pasty you can have cheese pizza
