One lady has always something wise to say when you come. Really bad atmosphere each time I've been. It's always the same. Perhaps time to address it?? Improve the atmosphere.

Food here is always so warm and fresh compared to other greggs but this one guy has served me multiple times now and is just so rude and blunt. Really puts me off going in if I see he's in.

Extremely rude front desk staff I have been to other Greg?s and they always seem to have nice staff but this one does not. I did not go to this Greg?s for a long time due to the staff being rude to me once and when I did ever a while the same thing happened really disappointed

The rude lady did not know about offers and when I tried to claim the offer she told me that she couldn't do anything. I had to pay more because of her. Furthermore, everytime she is being rude for no reason.

As a regular they have my order ready while I?m waiting in line always friendly and go out of their way to accommodate as I am gluten free

I went to Gregg?s with my gf 2 days ago. We bought some foods and were served by a lady. when my gf wanted to pay, she started saying stuffs like why couldn?t I pay, or because my gf is the one to pay, she should ?dump him?. She was too loud and other customers was looking at us. She repeated throughout until we left. It was too rude to serve customer the way she served us. and I felt offended and embarrassed. have been with Gregg?s for long time but I don?t think I wanna come back there because she may embarrass me again.

Went in to get a slice of pizza ? and the lady serving me was constantly being interrupted by the manager or supervisor.Funnily enough, the next day I was served by the supervisor and she was rude and impatient, and kept saying to me ?do you have the Greggs app? so fast that I couldn?t catch what she was saying!What should be a simple interaction ends up being a stressful ordeal in this branch.I?ve often seen managers reprimand and talk in a patronising tone to the staff whilst here. I understand the stresses of running a fast paced food outlet, but there seems to be a culture problem at this Greggs.Having said that - the food is always of good quality and the shelves are always stocked with drinks and sandwiches ?Vegetarian options: Vegan Sausage Roll, and Vegan Steak Bake

It's a typical Greggs but inside the bus station... I don't know how they do it but their food always "looks" warm but when you bite into it, it feels like it's been sitting there for an hour.... Do they not have heating lamps? The only reason why I gave them a 3 is because the chicken bake is always delicious and piping hot....

THARES ONLY 3 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS NATional mega chain that has shamefully disgracefully pushed local bakerys out of buisness. The first good thing is pumpkin spiced latte and festive slices which is only out at Xmas time &lastly the barvarian slices are gorgeous.but over than that if local folks started boycotting them in favour of local bakerys like hadfeilds. And the ones they forced out of town and out of BUISNESS like gh Thomas. & thurstons Greggs garbage don't beat thurstons and never will no matter how meany chains they have..give em a very wide miss I saw a TV program showing that the gravy they use as filling as its used for making. Dog food..

Needs more staff on in the morning as most people want to get food but have buses to catch and only 1 member of staff serving isn?t good enough
