Visited the store to discuss internet as our current provider wasnt working out for us, all the staff was lovely, Dean assisted us with chosing a new internet plan and even went above and beyond helping us change our services and avoiding a cancellation fee

Best experience, James Barrow was very helpful in the industry 13 years, definitely ?? ?.
I was on way too different, provider, I have been in sales all my life, and it was James manner of not pushing the sale and the in-depth explanation that I was happy to what was on offer
I hadn't carried my ID that day, so I returned today.
James was finalizing another customer, most of the papers were done,
Liam Kavanaugh finished up, making sure Sim was working and explaining when the amount would go off

I visited today to get advice to organise another account for my tablet. I didn't have to wait long to see a guide to go through the process with me. Annas was brilliant and managed to get me sorted even though it was very busy in store and there were a few technical and authorisation issues he needed his manager Harry to resolve. There was a nice atmosphere and ultimately it was a good enjoyable experience for me, I look forward to visiting this store again when my main account is ready to be upgraded.

Had issues with app, unable to link it to my account. Had great support from Steve and the telephone support team and issue resolved. All due to a legacy email being different to the one I used setting up new broadband account and system defaulting to old one. What fun! As I say great support and a promising start with new provider.

The staff were absolutely useless especially irfan and very unhelpful. I?ve had to spend hours in there with all my proof picture of my passport on my phone my EE account and Gas safe license and he still wouldn?t accept giving me a Sim card.

Was greeted by Sam on arrival i have,nt updated my contract for a few years and my plan price had gone up quite a bit he found a cheaper plan for me and my partner explained everything and answered all our concerns 10/10 experience Thanks Sam ?

Went in a bit of a panic because my phone broke just before my flight to India, Ranim went over and above to help me get a new phone, set it up, talk me through using EE abroad. Fantastic customer service.

Dear manager EE
I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I received a poor service from your company on October 12, 2024. I was visited by the manager of that awful company. The manager was one hour late for her appointment and offered nothing by way of apology when she arrived. We ended our meeting after 30 minutes without having accomplished anything and it was put off for the next day. I am aware that the law states the work of this nature should be carried out in reasonable time with reasonable care and skill. Otherwise, the company would lose all the valued customers which l would be the one.
I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard.

The store is ok, I mean ok but EE??.. there?s a different story.
You?re always enticed with the best deals but prices soon start to sky rocket.
Best advise is to walk straight past, buy an iPhone and go sim only. Save a fortune.
