I called into the Huddersfield store yesterday (Friday 30th May) I was looking for something specifically. There was a gentleman stocking a shelf on the ground floor and I asked if he knew if they stocked the items. He stopped what he was doing and pointed me exactly to the spot where it was ( On the upper floor) I went upstairs still couldn?t find something else I was looking for and asked a young lady. She took me to the spot and showed me the product I was looking for. When I went downstairs to pay. The gentleman I spoke to earlier , asked me if I had got what I was looking for. It was so refreshing to find friendly , helpful staff in a shop . I hadn?t been in the store for years but I shall now go there more often. Thank you ?

Placed two online click and collect orders to the value of just under £1200. The worst service received when came to collect! Was then followed up with an email telling me they?d accidentally refunded my entire order and I now needed to pay them again (they hadn?t another error) I emailed a lengthy complaint and was given no resolution or explanation just fobbed off and told they?d pass on my feedback. Shame because I really like the products but will stay clear in future!

I think if you need it Dunelm stock it ! The only thing I would say is items are always where you expect,we wanted some method cleaner and it was in three different places scattered round shop but each location only had some of the method products so items can be tricky to find.
