Realised I'd placed an order for collection instead of delivery. (Appreciate this was my mistake) called the store to ask if it can be amended and I would have paid the difference for the delivery charge, was told no that wasnt possible. I asked if the order can be cancelled and Ill reorder -as I don't drive and don't live within walking distance of the store. They said I'd be refunded then hung up abruptly.
In the meantime my partner placed a second order on his account. When the food arrived it was stone cold.
I haven't been refunded so we essentially paid double for two cold pizzas.

Called in at 9.00pm tonight, staff behind counter talking on his phone , finished talking on phone and then ignored me for 5 minutes. Left without ordering food. Last time I go to Dominos Waterloo, ignorant staff.

Poor all around. If they somehow manage to deliver to the correct address the likelihood is your food will be wrong or cold. Don't bother with them, Pizza Hut down the road will be a better option.

Shameful. No stars. Ordered at 8.40pm still not here at 10pm. Staff try to fob off my pregnant wife with cold pizza (that costs in excess of £20 of course) to avoid scrutiny and tough questions from the branch manager. This store consistently deliver to the wrong address the bring the same pizza on a 40 minute round trip.When we ring in to complain it?s taking a long time they pretend they?ve made a new one.Clowns.Do not buy from this store.
