Unfortunately after-sale service non existent. We had an issue with the sofa, zero communication about the repairs and they are poor quality when completed. Trying to get someone to speak to you after you paid for the item is nearly impossible. Wouldn?t recommend.

Finally got rid of the Ikea sofa that had followed me around for a few years. We now had a wonderful 4 seater sofa and an extra wide wing chair. Perfect for chilling, and wonderful to relax in chatting to friends and family. The showroom is great with lots of inspiration, the sales team is very knowledgeable and very helpful (well for the visit). The quality is really good and fast delivery even for bespoke furniture. We'll be back for other pieces.

Very happy with the quality of our new Chesterfield sofa. Delivery guys were great. Only small snag was no care instructions for the sofa. No big deal though as I was able to find online how to properly care for the leather and the feather filled cushions.

Smooth and professional service, helpful delivery times, I had to change as renovation wasn't ready at the time of original delivery date, and gave new date, to which I was charged to.
Very happy with the service in the store too, member of staff extremely helpful.

Recently purchased a Wally medium leather sofa, it was from the stock range and so came super quick and was good value for money. Excellent quality and the Malvern leather is a lovely finish and sits perfectly in our 16th century cottage. From sales through to delivery everyone i have dealt with has been polite, helpful and efficient.

Olivia has been excellent in answering all my questions and keeping me in the loop regarding my order.
The delivery date was moved forward a day which was great and your delivery men also were excellent with their communication on delivery times and my husband said when the sofas arrived they were professional and courteous. The sofas were wrapped and protected and therefore arrived in perfect condition.
They look amazing in our lounge and are excellent quality!
