Unfortunately after-sale service non existent. We had an issue with the sofa, zero communication about the repairs and they are poor quality when completed. Trying to get someone to speak to you after you paid for the item is nearly impossible. Wouldn’t recommend.

Finally got rid of the Ikea sofa that had followed me around for a few years. We now had a wonderful 4 seater sofa and an extra wide wing chair. Perfect for chilling, and wonderful to relax in chatting to friends and family. The showroom is great with lots of inspiration, the sales team is very knowledgeable and very helpful...
