Appsolutly rubbish from start to finish after spending nearly 4k on carpet and evocore we where treated and still are as we are waiting for credit due.Unless we rang we where never contacted to follow up on the order and installation material came on bad both in color and size and to add insult to injury the measurement was a metre less and I was abroad and unless I paid they did not want to process the order the upstairs carpet was installed in two colors as we where on a time line to leave our rented house to move into our dream home.it was a good thing the carpet layer has accessories as these where not even delivered.i wanted to buy the outside artifical lawn but they did not even bother to quote .It's a complete disappointment customer services does not even bother an email nearly every week its useless saying the best product .....what a mess Today the 22nd November 2023 still no one call although the promised they will call shameful

We had our engineered wood floor installed in the whole of our downstairs around 2 years ago. Within less than a couple of weeks the finish started to look really different., dirty almost but we were daily vacuuming and mopping (using the correct mop and product advised by the shop) we realised it wasnt dirty as all but that the whitewash beachy finish was completely wearing away. I went into the shop shortly after to show photos to the staff but they were not at all interested. I had a specialist floor finisher out who was completely shocked at how bad it looked. The paint/finish was chipping away on the edges even just with his finger nail - this was on a BRAND NEW plank we gave him.I went back to customer service who provided me the most ludicrous form to complete asking impossible questions which was clearly to get rid of me, nobody offered to come and inspect as they would have clearly been able to see the problem.We are now having to pay thousands out again just to have a new floor laid.

We had a solid wood flooring put down last week. The wood flooring is 100 present perfect. And the fitting by Jordan is something to dream for. Iv never seen anything as perfect. Thanks everyone involved

I had a wonderful experience with them, and Natalie was a gem throughout helping us choose the perfect lvt and carpets for our home and just being proactive about everything, us doing this the first time she made sure we had everything needed to get the floorings done. Great experience, would recommend 10/10.

Shoutout to the staff there! I visited this showroom after seeing online that it was local to my family and the customer service was fantastic! Tom and Michael was able to make me feel very welcome and helped answer every question I had. I will be returning just after New Years because of their huge variety of products and just based on the customer service alone. Thank you.
