Had the worst experience at this store, the salesman called maf Asian looking guy was extremely rude to me when I asked a question, rolled his eyes at Me and told me I don?t make any sense. I asked if I could speak to someone else and he told me he was the store manager, Rang customer services to make a complaint and was told mark is the store manager not this rude salesman called maf

Some lovely furniture, staff didn't jump on you but was around to help if needed, I didn't buy anything but am going back for a sofa .

Brilliant. There is a parking limit of 90 min which could be better. Nothing to do with DFS more to do with council.

Lovely showroom, friendly salesman, very helpful, not pushy. He let us look around until we decided on a sofa, he gave us all the information we needed, lovely young man.

Do not buy a sofa from this establishment. After not getting the sofa we want, multiple phonecalls, visits and attempts to get the sofa/part of the sofa we wanted in the first place, we are still waiting 5 months later. The sofa was delivered poorly and is now broken.Customer service is horrendous, and the overall aftercare of a sale is even worse. Just save yourself the money and the effort and go anywhere else.

Worst after sales care imaginable. Miss sold a sofa, only half of what we wanted arrived. It's been months and I'm getting ignored by Maf who keeps saying he'll ring me back or ignoring my emails asking for updates.Stay away. Don't buy furniture from here, you'll regret it

9 MONTHS IN STILL NO FURNITURE AFTER TAKING FULL PAYMENT (SCAM)Usually not one to leave reviews but this situation has left me with no choice.Huddersfield provided incorrect furniture, received 6+ services visits (lost count at this point) from engineers to ?fix? sofa but nothing came of it. Damaged my property on occasion too.Then took my furniture to work on it giving 1-2 weeks estimated wait, it?s been a month and no one will respond to me after I received an email asking if I still wanted the job to be completed after verifying so with the Huddersfield AND Bradford manager AND other employees over a month ago - so the job clearly has not been done.Huddersfield and Bradford manager not interested in situation as they?ve done less than the bare minimum when asked to rectify the situation COUNTLESS TIMES.Also no communication within business AT ALL hence why theres been issue after issue and why I?m still without a sofa 9 months later.Customer service throughout this has been despicable and I wish I?d been aware of this beforehand, so SAVE yourselves immense amounts of stress and GO ELSEWHERE.

OK, it is well-known that DFS is one of the best known furniture retailers in England. The reason for this review is that we were in the Huddersfield store today and received outstanding service from Sara. She went out of her way to find information on sofas that were actually not in the store, researching options to help us experience similar seating. She proceeded to honestly advise us about choosing the right sofas, and my wife and I were sure Sara just wanted us to be happy customers not only at buying time but also years down the track based on making the right choice.A service one finds rarely these days. And with online orders being so easy to make, it is this kind of service that will draw people into shops again.
