I ordered a hot chocolate on uber eats and when it was delivered and I started drinking it the drink tasted of milk there wasn't any chocolate flavour in there at all.

Overpriced. Bottled fruit juice has about 70% mark up on stores.

The service and atmosphere is good. Only pull my have is all the food in costas has cheese in it. It will be a good idea to put more healthy options. And more vegetarian foods.

My only issue here is the bacon rolls anything else pre prepared is fine, sausage baps are fine it's only the bacon and i aren't sure it if it's one rash per sandwhich or what the rule is but it's not worth the price this is a 50/50 chance of getting it like this

Great place to visit and chill out. Staff always very friendly and efficient. Excellent coffee. If I could mention one thing, could do with a deep clean particularly the toilets.

one member of staff was a bit rude asking 5 times if I'm paying by card when I clearly had my card out on my hand which you could clearly see so if you can't spot the obvious then you need to get some education and the cup I was served was stone cold so my tea went cold pretty quick
