Went today for the first time ever to get my eyebrows done, bearing in mind it was a wax and I have never done anything like this before first time. With them being quite popular I thought it would be very professional and respectable and follow guidelines. However I was wrong, after having my brows waxed was in quite a lot of pain and getting a sensitive burning sensation, redness. After Googling turns out I'm left with wax grazes. Quite deep ones. And following further investigation the use of retinols and exfoliants and certai. Medication are not advised. So an unprofessional initial consultation was not carried out especially with someone who has never had a wax done before. It is just unprofessional to be classed as an aesthetics and beauty shop without consider the client and just thinking of them as a walking Bank. It's actually a joke as to how unprofessional and incompetent this is. And ontop of it if something is noted to wrong you do not carry with the procedure which was not the case. Now I am left with these grazes which are likely to scar. I will definitely be taking this further and escalating the matter .

Had a male manicure at concepts today with Lana. I?ve never had this done before but it was absolutely perfect! Lana went above and beyond to give me the best first time experience and it was lovely talking to her. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I had an incredible back, scalp and face massage combined with a facial. It was one of the most wonderful, healing and restorative experiences of my life. I was greeted by the charming Franca, who was my therapist for the day. I filled in a questionnaire describing my skincare routine and my expected outcome from the session. I was then taken to a comfortable, relaxing and spotlessly clean private therapy room with twinkling fairy lights and calming soft music. Franca discussed with me my skincare routine, gave me some useful tips and helped me choose the products for her to use during the session. I was instantly won over by Franca's highly professional but also very friendly and warm approach. I lay on an incredibly comfortable, heated massage bed, which made me melt with pleasure and relaxation. Franca first worked on my back, then on my face and scalp. She examined my face carefully in order to assess the condition of my skin and identify any problem areas. The magical touch of her gentle and skilled hands sent me to a different dimension. I could have happily stayed in that blissful state forever. At the end of the session, Franca gave me some more skincare advice and offered me a glass of water. She gave me a loyalty card with which I can have a discount once I have collected ten stamps. I'm so grateful to the magnificent Franca and the rest of the highly professional and friendly staff.
