I only go here when absolutely essential as I find the attitude awful by some members of staff. They put the rudest ones on the customer facing rolls, surely they should be restocking not serving. Called in to buy some food from the store but desperate for the toilet so used the one's in the cafe only to be told that the toilets are only for people using the cafe ?

Bizarre experience in this shop..the store itself is nice enough and a good selection of products. We struggled at the self checkouts which were very sensitive and constantly beeping, telling us to remove or put items back into the bags.
