A fairly typical Boots store, it is located over two floors on King Street in Huddersfield town centre, the store has fairly good facilities to go alongside the regular Boots offering, including a Pharmacy and Optician. They are also offering vaccinations at this store for COVID-19 for walk-ins and pre-booked appointments, the queues seemed to be moving rather quickly but I did not feel like the staff had a great deal of care compared to the GP led centres. I was a little annoyed that the staff spelt Pfizer wrong on my vaccination card, and did not put a plaster on the site of my vaccination, despite the presence of blood. They also told me I had to time the 15 minutes myself, and wouldn't even tell me what time it was. The little things matter when it comes to service, but still, the vaccination centre in the town centre is really convenient, and I wish they offered this service at more Boots stores. The store could do with a slight refit compared to other Boots locations, the customer lift felt like an old, grubby service lift. Product selection in-store was fine. 3*

I must say the staff here are among the friendliest of any store in Huddersfield. I have witnessed first hand the lengths that they will go to ensure great customer services especially when returning items. The store is split over two floors, with upstairs having their baby clothes and gifts. This can be a little awkward for parents with pushchairs looking to browse as they have to wait for the lift. The staff are always helpful when you need gift ideas, or make up assistance - often willing to offer demonstrations and tips. Pharmacy staff are also great with advice on medical matters, and will also take you aside into a private area if needed. The store has a great layout, especially since a refit that made it seem even more spacious and with easier access for wheelchair users.

Boots in Huddersfield is located in the town centre, close to Kingsgate Shopping Centre. It consists of 2 floors. On the first one, you can find pharmacy, cosmetics and premium beauty products as well as Photo Lab and food. On the second floor, there are usually seasonal products and mother and child department.
