Had a really smooth and friendly experience today ordering my new bathroom. Jack came round very promptly to measure up my bathroom then very patiently helped me choose the best bathroom for my needs. And it?s being delivered the next day. I also got a brew and one of the last custard creams ??. Very impressed.

Southern Dave was very knowledgeable, not pushy with anything, didnt try pushing expensive stuff on to us for the sake of it, all in all it was a smooth simple process, scouse Dave is ok aswell!

Buying a bathroom for the first time and our salesman Dave was massively helpful. Nothing was too much, everything thoroughly explained and no questions (even the stupid ones) were treated as stupid :) Initially popped in for comparison quote having already chosen a bathroom elsewhere but we were so impressed we ended up buying. Price was a couple of hundred lower too (for same if not better quality).
