Subject: Disappointing Experience at Clark Shoes in Huddersfield
I recently visited the Clark Shoes store in Huddersfield, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon entering the store, I was greeted with a lack of enthusiasm from the staff, which made me feel unwelcome. I expected a higher level of customer service, especially considering the reputation of the brand. After browsing for a while, I had trouble finding assistance, and when I did, the staff seemed rushed and uninterested in helping me find the right pair of shoes.
Additionally, the selection of shoes was disappointing. Many styles I was interested in were either out of stock or not available in my size. It felt like the store was not well-stocked, which is frustrating for a brand that is known for its quality and variety.
I left the store feeling disheartened and unsatisfied. I had hoped for a pleasant shopping experience, but it fell short on multiple levels. I won?t be returning to this location in the future and would recommend others to consider alternative options for their shoe shopping needs.
Overall, my experience at Clark Shoes in Huddersfield was disappointing, and I hope they can improve their customer service and inventory in the future.

The black Friday deals had been stopped, and the prices went up . No Xmas deals to be had. Very disappointed.

I would just like to give a shout out to Amelia who did a phenomenal job with assisting my girls. Amelia demonstrated great care, patience and advice. I've been in the retail industry myself for over 30 years, people such as Amelia are an absolute rarity, keep up the great work Amelia and thank you!
