This place used to be the best chicken shop in Huddersfield but no longer the case. Portion sizes are extremely small and the prices for everything on the menu has shot up making it not worthwhile to eat here, lots more places with same quality of food at lower price. Suggest you increase portion sizes- when a double chicken fillet burger box meal with chips and 3 wings isn?t even half a portion we?re getting ripped off when we?re paying £12 for it. Go back to your old portion sizes and you might retain customers. For the amount we?re paying as well I?d expect a decent bathroom to be available when needed but it?s been out of order for the last month.

Customer service is not good at all totally disappointed.First the person on the call all of a sudden saying Name ..Name..Name without any greeting then he hung up the call.That was so rude when i call him again he started arguing.After getting the food, guy at the front desk didn?t give me tissue paper and sauce as well because he was busy in his phone while customer watching him. Too disappointed !! will never come back here again.

I have ordered peri chicken and boneless bites.Peri chicken was mild but u couldn?t gets the taste sauce on chicken, bit of a dry and not very good.The boneless bites was very sour in taste.

I came here for a quick bite as I was attending a funeral.I think it's a good concept and the food is reasonable too. However it felt a little cold..not temperature wise but the overall ambience was a bit cold. There are no toilet facilities but I think there must be a good reason for that. I came from Manchester so would have been nice to have one there.The food was interesting but again maybe I would maybe I wouldn't visit again..not sure..I would have to have a very good reason to go back again.

Ordered via Uber eats at 5.05pm, driver set off at 5.31 and arrived at 5.42 practically every was too cold to eat, appalling customer service and attitude towards the issue! Never again!

Just Visited from london now. The staff was extremely disrespectful. Wings had too much salt in it. Strips were cold. Chips was cold. Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all.

Used to eat here all the time but went recently prices have increased. However portions have gone really small.. in addition I paid extra for cheese on my burger only to find the cheese was not there when I got back home. Unfortunately they?ve gone down

My friend and I bought a buffalo ranch burger, a mighty memphis burger, fries, a buffalo bad boy. I liked the fries and buffalo bad boy it was the right amount of spice. My friend enjoyed her meal. I would recommend it to my friends.

Food came late and the burgers were cold. My drink was warmer than the burger itself. It was after a while having there food and to be honest it has lost it's standards.
