My experience at Three was brilliant. When I walked in, James Barrow greeted me warmly. I asked if Three was the same as EE, and he clearly explained that they are two different providers.
Having been in sales myself for over 50 years, I appreciated his professionalism. James offered me a seat and took the time to compare a plan similar to what I had with Smarty. I shared my frustrations with Smarty—after more than 26 emails, they still hadn’t resolved the issue of me not being able to make calls. That experience led me to leave a negative review on Trustpilot.
In contrast, James made everything easy and straightforward. I wanted to keep my existing number, which required proof of ID. Since I hadn’t brought it with me, we arranged for me to return the next day.
When I came back, James was on a conference call, and Liam Kavanagh stepped in to assist. He was extremely helpful—he even inserted the new SIM for me and explained when it would activate, along with details about my first payment.
