After starting my career with Caremark Kirklees in October 2023 I have never worked within a care company so efficient. Working in the care industry for a few years out in the field but being within the office now really shows the hard work that goes into this family run business with support from the office team. They're kind, caring and nothing is too much to ask for with this company.

Was a good place to work moved from carer up ladder to Care Co.Left company and now wont give reference.Company now look after my disable ex partner, no concerns with getting them to care for him as I personally know some carers and the quality of care they provide.

An amazing place to work, supportive and caring not just to clients but to staff too. Our clients are always at the forefront of everything the company does and as a family run company, you feel very much part of the business as a staff member.

This company have no staff, they rush in and rush out. Staff turnover is very poor. Customer care is null and void and I would not recommend this company to care for anyone.As an example one staff today read this and shouted and played heck with my mother leaving her very upset. Case closed, for now.
