I went into the Caffe Nero in Huddersfield town centre, in West Yorkshire, I used a voucher code to get a takeaway drink, then I went back with my long-term partner and he remembered me, and just asked if my order was to sit in or takeaway, these are the little customer service soft skills I look for. This time I ordered to sit in and all three drinks prepared by Alex where of Excellent quality, and even tough it was busy did not feel rushed.
I am saying a personal thank you for the Excellent service received today.
Pls put Alex forward for any kind of internal customer service award that Caffe Nero has in place, for excellent customer service.

I am a regular customer at this Caffè Nero and have always had good experiences here. However, I was very disappointed with how I was treated today by a staff member with red hair. She was extremely disrespectful and shouted at me in front of everyone, insisting that I had to purchase something, even though I was just joining my friend, who was sharing food with me. I would have understood if she had explained the policy in a polite and professional manner, but her approach was completely unacceptable.

I only ever take coffee to take away and the service is always friendly and quick even when busy.
Tried the festive pistachio latte and it was lovely. £4.95 for a large isn?t cheap but as a treat every so often can?t complain.
Recommend everyone to download the Nero app. It?s got some really good perks and savings.

I've defected to costa, been coming to this nero for years and just had to join queue place order befire they would give me code to loo. Far too complicated when you are on yr own. Its a long walk down the corridor and the code didn't work. Gave up. They often get my coffee order wrong so whats the betting i would have had to join the queue again to get it changed. A cafe stop should be relaxing this just embarrassed and stresded me. If the manager was there this wouldn't have happened as he recognises me.

I went to the cafe Nero in Huddersfield stood there at the till and got ignored by staff, a white male didn?t catch the name of him but he saw me and just continued to walk around cleaning up. I then made my order and he proceeded to ask who was I with if she wanted something too when we already said we only wanted one drink and we were taking out. Would not recommend going, shocking service!

Disgusting customer service. A place where you should go and feel as though you want to be there. We got there and lady?s telling you have to be buying something which WE was and then proceed to warrant more stupid things like tell your friend to buy something and eat your greggs outside even though it was going straight in my bag for later hence why I was there for a bite. Instantly left within seconds just because we would feel uneasy the whole time because of their abysmal rules. Never again.
