Went in close to closing time and was treat awfully, being told to hurry up and then was told the wrong door to exit through as they closed the others, then was treat like I was stupid for asking where to exit. I only wanted one thing, took me at most 2 minutes to shop and purchase it.

Sarah copper is a total legend. Heart of gold she has gone beyond her mangerial duties by doing a very kind gesture. I am in remission from cancer the gift she gave me was un believable.I would like to give her a really big THANK YOU.

Was looking for skincare for my mother. Shmama at No7 helped me pick out a perfect Mother?s Day gift after explaining the benefits of each product. She also recommended a few other makeup products which I ended up purchasing. Very kind and helpful when giving guidance upon products.

I had a bit of a makeup disaster just hours before a wedding I was attending. I was in tears because my makeup was done so badly and I felt so stressed. On Wednesday 30th October I entered the store around 2:00pm. Literally followed around every isle by your security guard and several members of staff who were pretending to fix items in front of me or putting items where I was looking which was distracting and felt very uncomfortable. I am a business owner and company director of a successful makeup business and have no reason to be treated like a thief especially when buying your products for my business. I asked one staff in particular who decided to pack the shelf where I was stood looking ?Are the cameras not working today?? He said ?I?m not sure?. I said ?well it appears yourself and your colleagues including your security guard have been following me since I walked into the store, so what is the issue? He looked embarrassed and walked off to another isle. Literally 2 seconds later an older woman, short brown hair and glasses started to fix items on the shelf where I was stood looking. I just put my basket down and walked out of the store over to Savers opposite side of Boots. No way was I prepared to spend my hard earned cash at Boots being treated that way. I did my shopping at Savers with no problem at all.

Came in to the pharmacy on 07/10 at the timing between 10-12 as I was having trouble breathing and a lady called Maria had served me. I asked for an EMERGENCY INHALER. She refused to give me one as she said quote on quote ? I would give you one if you was having an asthma attack?. I did call my Dr to send a referral and Maria still did not give me one. And Maria has then said it would take 10mins to 2 hours for it to show up I ask again can I have an inhaler and still refuses. . Called 111 and they said that I needed to go to hospital as soon as possible. I was stood there wheezing, having trouble breathing, and she still refused to give me an inhaler which then subsequently resulting me going to the hospital have to get a cannula put into my arm and having antibiotics and then also having to get a nebuliser. And now I?m being prescribed with steroids for the next week.
