Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly, really took her time to explain the differences in mattress?s and help us decide what was best for us. Fantastic showroom with plenty of choice to try out. Good choice of payment plans and all very easy to set up. Used for our last bed 9 years ago, and will be back in another 10 for the next! Purchased from Huddersfield, from choosing the bed to receiving. Everything was smooth. Sales excellent not pushy and was very helpful. Delivery guys did a great job, they were pleasent and did not moan one bit, despite a slightly tricky staircase. Great service overall.

Don?t touch this company with a barge pole, having gone into administration in 2020 they are now operated by Alteri.Just one girl in the entire Huddersfield store today, she wouldn?t deal with a return and obviously used to this routine pulled me a little paper slip with the number of customer services from a stack in a drawer. Saif at customer refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Please be aware it is their policy not to accept returns. Yes even ones unopened. At point of purchase we were not made aware of nil return policy, and we were not asked to sign to agree them. In fact we were just given a till receipt.Saif said he agreed with me when I asked point blank if he was refusing to pass me to a supervisor, and he said I could write it in a review. This is apparently because, Saif can speak for the Supervisor and knows what they will say.Unopened items apparently cannot be returned, but customers are not made aware of this.

I was not given the option to have the bed assembled...so you can imagine my reaction when the new bed was just duped in the room...and left for me to assemble it...POOR COSTUMER SERVICE, when I called them and they say...Sorry you have to book the assembly when you book...THOUGH WE CANNOT HELP YOU!!!

If you go to Bensons for Beds on Leeds Road in Huddersfield ask for Lyba, she is an absolute pleasure. She listens, laughs, and has a wonderful personality she was perfect in every way she could be. She listened and understood, she never seemed fed up when I went back and forth and she cared that I got the right mattress knowing it was going to help with my disabilities and sleep comfort. They should know how lucky they are to have staff like her.

Great in-store experience, we were heading to Dreams (nextdoor), but Bensons smashed it on the overall shopping experience. Great to do business with. We bought two matresses and pillows. Happily sleeping family! Zzzzzzz

I spent over £1500 on a new bed and mattress from Bensons. The headboard turned up damaged. Their solution is to send another headboard once they've received the damaged one back. Spend £1500 at Bensons and expect to sleep on the floor.

They were very helpful without pushing you into buying which I found better than most shops. As I don?t like being pushed into something.
