treated like dirt even as a current employee. stepped up to do provisions when other guy left as no one else wanted to do it. Found out the day prior to him leaving and only had Friday to learn everything. As of today, I got demoted back to till because I move too slow and don't do things properly but what can you wish for when the managers have been told i am sigh impaired and have a medical condition. Left out deliveries twice and when other things came in for prov, I was left out of that also. Brian Philips is the problem and this company is a joke.

Absolutely awful service & the manager there just fobs you off taking no ownership of his business avoid if you can you can tell it?s poorly run stock info is incorrect.

They have offers on the leaflet that you receive and when you go to the cash and carry they say that you have to be on a certain scheme. The person who was serving didn?t have a clue and when spoke to the manager he said I can put you on the scheme but it?s going to take few days. What a waste of time. I wouldn?t even give them one star.

Very rude staff wait long time to be put threw check outs not much selection gone down so much prices too high compared to other cash carrys etc

Very rude staff some of the most rude people I have ever met. Do not help you out at all and talk to you like their better than you. Very low variety available better off going to bookers down the road. Crazy forklift drivers driving so fast they're probably going to kill a customer one day. Do not ever come here unless you want to be treated like dirt or want to get hit by a lunatic operating a fork lift.

Such rude staff stare at you and talk to you like your dirt. Place is very confusing to go around, forklift drivers driving recklessly around the aisle which makes it very dangerous for customers. I would not recommend this place for anyone, if you are looking to go to a cash and carry use bookers or brakes etc. AVOID THIS BATLEYS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff are all friendly and informative. Just doesn't always stock what I need. The place is always clean and it's a quick turn around. They've just set in place a new system and with anything new have had a few problems.
