Don?t go here if you like your eyebrows. I?ve been going to Basma?s for eyebrows for almost 6 years now but will never be going back again. I?d give 0 stars if I could.I asked the woman (dark red lipstick, glasses, smells a little funny) to keep the same thickness of my eyebrows and to keep the same shape. She didn?t listen and was essentially trying to rush me out. She cut me a few times as well, was rude generally, and my eyebrows were so much thinner than before. She tried to say it?s because one eyebrow isn?t ask thick as the other but that?s never been an issue before. She wouldn?t own up to her mistake and kept looking at me blankly like whatever I was saying was going in one ear and out the other, and then tried to blame me for being ?fussy.? She never thought she was in the wrong and had a sense of entitlement the whole time. She dismissed me for another customer very quickly.
