Terrible customer service. Was told I had to dismantle instore a large item in clearance which I was unable to do, staff lied as I continued shopping another woman asked about the item and within a few minutes there were 2 staff and a hgv dismantling it, and they had the cheek to try and wait until I went as I noticed. Absolutely disgusting service.

The red haired lady on the ?tills? should really read up on the challenge 25 law and how sophisticated camera technology is. My 6 year old isn?t going to get in trouble with a mysterious camera man for helping me scan some items. Grow up.

Needed help with a paint issue, Magdalena helped and offered me half price primer paint and advised if it didn?t work to come back and get a free tin of another type, luckily the first tin worked! Great customer service experience from her.

Been to B&Q today (DIY shopping ? (joy)
4 Staff stood about next tills doing nothing ! You now have to self checkout your own goods this makes the experience Soulless what are you doing B&Q bring back customer interaction? it makes the process of parting with my hard earned cash more painless.?

After renovating bathroom and kitchen the B&Q contractors left us with no heating, getting into week three now and the two options we have is to get two electric heaters or wait until the day the engineer finally shows up since has been on his way from the day we called them. My very ill mother thought a new kitchen and bathroom would uplift her spirits but now she is forced to stay in bed and have multiple items of clothing on. We will fight this!

Nice big store, well organised and run. The standout for me is the quality of staff at Huddersfield, who are always helpful and friendly. I would like to highlight Nathan Morrison in particular, who goes out of his way to assist, even with particularly difficult and challenging topics, where his depth of knowledge and electrical background come through to provide service levels you wouldn?t expect at any big box store. Impressive!

Don?t buy your kitchen from here!! The after sales is crap!! Quick to sell you a kitchen but when something goes wrong they can?t be bothered to replace it even though you are in warranty! All the staff in the kitchen department and the manager just ignore you!! AVOID

Well we headed to B&Q Huddersfield today 07/10/24 with the intention of purchasing a new kitchen sink , Taps . We were spoilt for choice really . Various colours, materials, sizes . Then along comes our saviour called Adrian a B&Q staff member . Adrian asked us a few questions. Then he proceeded to show us some sinks actually on display. Our mind was made up we knew which one to purchase thanks to Adrian?s input. Overall a great experience at B&Q HUDDERSFIELD
