Terrible customer service. Was told I had to dismantle instore a large item in clearance which I was unable to do, staff lied as I continued shopping another woman asked about the item and within a few minutes there were 2 staff and a hgv dismantling it, and they had the cheek to try and wait until I went as I noticed.... read full comment
