“Thank you for being so prompt with looking after me - my car is my lifeline with my baby and I was quite apprehensive about the repair process but I'd needn't have been. Zoe saw that I was promptly delivered a hire car so we weren't without wheels for the repair window - and we're truly thankful for that. The chap who collected and dropped the hire also helped me (miserable weather that day!!) I was kept in the loop with the repairs being undertaken.
