“I had my credit card blocked and had a lot of issues when phoning the various different teams involved to unblock the account.. was told I was required to attend the branch with two forms identification.. while I went into the branch a lovely lady at the front desk helped resolve the issue and despite having to experience yet more trauma being passed around the different teams over the phone.. she at least made it bearable.. so thank you :)”

“So, it's a filling station and mini mart so what can I say? It's like so many others. The fuel prices aren't the lowest but if you prefer the Shell V-Power fuels it's the only choice that side of town. What makes this place stand out over many similar places though is that certain of the staff I've met, especially one who seems to work full time in the day, are really friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. It's the little things that make a difference isn't it?”

“The shop itself was ideal but the toilets are a real let down. The male cleaner had just finished 'cleaning' in the ladies but it was a disgrace. The floor was littered with paper and stains on the floor. ASDA used to be known for their hygienic and clean toilets but not any more I'm afraid”

“The manager here is the nicest bloke you can meet! I go daily for a coffee from the machine and he is so polite. A real credit to the company. Always asks if I'm well and the family etc. Fantastic range of products and clean as a whistle inside”

“Fantastic advice on exchanging £’s to Euro’s. I was advised that there was a ‘sale’ on and a better rate of exchange if I put my £’s into a Post Office travel money card. The difference meant that I made an extra 20 euros. I returned to ask about topping up my card and again was advised to use the app which meant I made a few more euros than if I’d exchanged for cash. Excellent service. Thank you”

Natalie was absolutely fantastic – she guided both myself and my partner through everything with ease and even helped my partner set up her own credit card too.
