When I do my shopping I get some milk and they are allways leaking everytime I get some milk from asda I'm getting fed up of the milk arriving and they are leaking

Lack of choice out of stock on a lot. The water machine needs descaling. Didn't drink my tea or coffee. Food tasted like really old oil. Even staff seemed wary of the food they serve .

How can someone with a Blue badge not get parked in the many disabled bays. It's because non Blue badge holders park in them and nothing gets done about it.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Asda. I checked online and saw that Red Bull 12-packs were on sale. I specifically made the trip to this store just for this deal.
While the staff on the shop floor were incredibly friendly and helpful, confirming that the price was the same in-store as online, the issue arose at checkout. The cashier outright refused to honour the sale price, claiming it wasn?t on offer.
This is incredibly misleading?advertising a sale price online but seemingly restricting it to delivery or click-and-collect options that include added fees. This feels like a deliberate tactic to mislead customers.
I am frustrated to have wasted my time and fuel for an offer that was essentially unavailable. It?s unacceptable, and this store really needs to improve its clarity and consistency between online and in-store prices.

Customer service is utterly beyond a joke. 11 calls I've made about the same issue and it's still not resolved. Staff and there managers don't have a clue what their own procedures are. Told something different every time I ring. Still no proper response from any of them. YOU CANNOT TREAT CYSTOMRRS LIKE THIS. I'm now having to shop at a different supermarket. Outrageous

Scan and go is inconsistent, shopping almost done then freezes up so have to start again, customer services not bothered just told me to go a swap it
Picked up a newspaper and paid at the kiosk after shopping only to find out that I had bought a paper that was a week old, 31st August instead of today 7th September.
And don?t even try the cafe as there is things posted around and they say they have none, your lucky to get a cup of tea

I went online to buy some brushwood killer, it said buy in store.
So I travelled 4 miles to the Huddersfield one.
None in! I was told they get deliveries overnight and if it wasn't on the seasonal aisle they would not have any.
I was there early, could not have sold out!

The shop itself was ideal but the toilets are a real let down. The male cleaner had just finished 'cleaning' in the ladies but it was a disgrace. The floor was littered with paper and stains on the floor. ASDA used to be known for their hygienic and clean toilets but not any more I'm afraid
