Love Aldi but this store is terrible. The staff will just do anything to avoid opening tills. Last but one time there were no tills open at all but someone said they would open one so I loaded up my shopping and stood waiting several minutes for someone to come and do me the honour of scanning my shopping. Then last night four people were waiting with one till open, one person on self scan and I literally only saw those two staff the whole time I was there. Will now drive further to go to the Lindley store instead which is managed properly.

It's aldi and a supermarket. There is little customer service or facility but that is the way their business plan operates. If you don't like it, go elsewhere and pay for the privilege
