As someone who has been going for a monthly massage for ten years, I can honestly say that I have never felt so good. Jodie is an expert in her field she made me feel like she cared about relieving my pains and my mental head space. She took her time and was attentive. Just come back from an amazing full body massage with Louise. I've been a few times now to 509 The Rooms, and the massages have always been excellent - much better than any spa massages I've been to. Would highly recommend.

To appease the aforementioned negative review, (re: bad massage experience).The Therapist has since ceased to work at509 The Rooms.The Therapists who are currently work at the establishment are continuing to provide a satisfactory and caring standard of client care.

Not even worthy of 1* deserves nothingRoom was cold with no heating on.When i arrived she had a mouth full of sweets and continued eating them whilst doing my massage (she has a bowl on her desk)Couldn't relax people kept talking next door loudly staff and client.Asked me if I wanted a facial whilst doing my massage as she'd had a last min cancellationWorst massage ever she clearly has not got a clue what she's doing I even questioned her of her experienceDidnt even get a tissue massage one till I told her just as she was about to finishAbsolutely complete waste of money I wish I'd just walked out now and demanded to see manager complete of money and my timePlz avoid herI've even rang manager so many times and not answered my call once
