I rate this store and the team so highly, and I've written to their head office completing them. Twice ive had a medical emergency in that store and twice they came to my aid. A true asset to the town

I came in to speak to a pharmacist after my doctor had advised I could get a particular medicine over the counter, before I could get a prescription. The pharmacist was aggressive on the off, saying that the doctor was incorrect and that I would need a prescription. When I tried to explain and understand if there was any miscommunication, she walked off to speak to someone in the back. She asked another member of staff if I would need a prescription for the medicine I was asking, this was after she said (very loudly) the medical condition I was suffering from. Not only was the whole conversation just passive aggressive, it's very unprofessional to speak loudly about the issues a patient is having for everyone to hear. I would not recommend coming here for friendly advice at all!

Arrived on time with My elderly mother for a Covid vaccination appointment booked via the NHS.
Was told by the Pharmacy there was no vaccine and they had phoned everyone on the morning to inform them of that.
Well they didn't phone us.

Don?t answer the phone, don?t always send a text to confirm prescriptions are ready , Always got 1 item missing so I often have to make 2 trips there which is not easy when you have arthritis in both knees, this place is going to the dogs ever since the take over & if things don?t improve soon I will go elsewhere for my prescriptions ? , the problems continued so I have now changed pharmacies & I am so much happier with my new pharmacy I use now , happy days ?

I called at this pharmacy 3 times to pick up a prescription. 3 times I had to leave due to how long the queue was. Finally got a quieter time, got served and the prescription I ordered 6 weeks ago still wasn?t ready and still had to wait 15 minutes for it to be made up! Frustrating service.

Had to go back to my wife to tell her to 'ring a GP' about her headache as they would not sell me painkillers for her. Was with my 4 year old son so I'm hardly after a quick fix. Pharmacist was rude and dismissive. Won't use again.

This pharmacy is the best I've ever dealt with. My daughter and I are on a lot of medications and the staff here have always been extremely helpful, friendlyand efficient. Superb service!

Although my trip to this pharmacy caused a lot of hassle becuase of my wrongly prescribed prescription. I found the staff very friendly and polite. It was all delt with in a polite manor by the head Pharmacist Simon. Big thank you to him and this is a very good and clean pharmacy with exceptionally friendly staff. Thank you.
