Have left three messages at the restaurant no one rings back last order costs me 22 pounds was 30 pounds with the discount no pudding received have also had missing extra free potatoes on previous order
its ridiculous that you cannot speak to a human being object to paying all that for things to be missing.
Just had an order delivery has been a while the food was fine but yet again ordered pork no slices just a few tiny scraps from the obvious end of a joint.
Order all the time no pork so ordered beef
Got tiny bit of beef tiny bit of gammon and 2 small slices of turkey

Would have given 5 but toilets are very small cubicles and not suitable for the larger lady.

Not great. It's been awhile since I've been to a Toby's and I don't know if it's all of them or just this one but we were really disappointed.
There was a group of 2 adults and 6 children and the language coming from the kids moths were terrible. I could hear them, the staff could hear them, other customers could hear them yet neither the staff or the parents asked them to stop with the language. I asked for us to be moved which I was. While I was there I could see the staff sit 2 couples near this group, a young couple and an elderly couple. Though they arrived after us they left before us and we didn't hang about. I kinda feel sorry for them.
The food was lame. The meat was dry and a poor selection of veg that took ages to be replenished.
We may go to another Toby carvery at some point but I doubt we'll be back here.

Came for a cavery for my son's 18th birthday last Friday
Kath our server was amazing, even getting candles put in his slice of fudge cake and getting everyone to sing happy birthday to him.
Kath seems to be the one that serves us every time we come to tobys, she's always smiling and polite and makes the experience better.
When the food or the custard has been cold Kath has no problem and makes no issue to get it warmed up or changed.
Over all another great experience with some good memories made for my boys birthday thanks to Kath

The food isn?t amazing, but it?s decent for the price, plenty of meat, unlimited veg, and all the trimmings (although other chains have more selection). It?s not exactly a high-end Sunday roast, but it does the job if you?re craving one without the effort of making it yourself.
Vegetarian options: The options are pretty underwhelming, it?s basically just the standard roast without the meat, whereas other chains often offer something like a pie or a proper veggie main instead.

Just collected 3 carvery takeaways, I was 10 minutes earlier than the pick up time I had chosen , however the food was already bagged up and ready . I live 5 minutes away from the carvery but when we took it out of the bag it was already very cold yet the boxes say DO NOT REHEAT. It was inedible so had to be heated up . Safe to say I will NOT be ordering takeaway carvery again .

We visited last night, tables and floor were both absolutely filthy.
Staff member with short blonde hair was very rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever, another family also complained about her, all other staff members were very friendly.

I had an absolutely fantastic visit this evening, I was pretty stressed when I arrived as I?d never been to Horsforth or a Toby Carvery before and despite it being busy, my server Aaron talked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. All the food was excellent, especially the roast lamb, and I?ll be sure to visit again since everything was outstanding!

Even on a busy Saturday, the staff did an amazing job at keeping everyone highly satisfied, delicious food and friendly staff, especially Migle who was our server today, thanks so much will be back soon! :)
