Came for a family meal with 13 adults and a child , service was amazing very fast and no problems with any of the food . Chloe was extremely helpful throughout taking the order to splitting the bill between everybody at the end of the. Definitely recommend and will be returning ?

Had Xmas meal here on 22nd Dec. The place was packed when we arrived, lots of people eating. After we had our meal the chef came out to check all had been OK, he said he was on his own and been rushed off his feet. Told him we'll he did great if he managed to cook all those meals on his own, the food was really lovely, well presented and excellent value. The service all in all was brilliant. That young cook/chef deserves a big fat bonus, please pass on our comments
We are regulars, but on Sunday we hosted a family meal for 10. Rather complicated mix 4 vegetarian, 1 vegan and 1 dairy free amongst us. All had different meals but everything came together, well cooked and presented and served with a smile.

bar staff and other customers are always so friendly, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Great choice of drinks, and the food is such good value and very nice. Great atmosphere too.

Booked a table for 6 people 1 off them being disabled for Sunday at 2pm, we arrived at 1.50pm, the table was reserved but there were 2 people sat at it drinking not eating, so we were given 2 small round tables to sit at, I had to clean them myself with my wipes and tissue as they were dirty. We ordered our food and it took 50 minutes before we got our order, with no cutlery so we had to then wait for those, we had no salt and pepper on either of the tables and had to find some ourselves , the vegetables were well under cooked, 2 small round slices of carrot and 2 green beens raw and cold....however the beef was very nice, they had no horseradish sauce, along with no Gordon's gin. We were asked if we had enjoyed the meal and when we didn't answer she offered us a free drink which we declined, she took 2 plates away and left the remaining 4. oh and there wasnt any toilet roll in the ladies, this is the worst we have experienced here and we come here regularly, we will NOT be coming again, very unorganised, the management need to shake their head

We have all been regular customers at the Horsforth, for around eight years. Myself, family and friends will not be socialising at the Horsforth anymore. The food has gone down hill, and we have experienced confrontation for no reason whatsoever from some customers. It is such a shame, it has always been a lovely place for everyone to get together.
