Prescriptions are never ready for collection irrespective of when they are ordered etc. Service could be a bit more organised and faster.

Very helpful staff. Had been trying to source my medication as my usual chemist couldn't get hold of it. They were able to help . Prescription ready to go on time too. Really happy.

Fantastic staff and the service is second to none. E.g. Phoned ahead to check my prescription was there, they already had it ready when I arrived! Friendly staff who genuinely want to help you.Another time, when my doctors surgery didn?t send the prescription through correctly to the pharmacy they suggested the barcode so we could find it, surgery gave over phone so they could pull it down from system in pharmacy. Honestly I can?t recommend the pharmacy higher.Excellent customer service, excellent customer care. So glad I switched my designated pharmacy to them.

The pharmacists at Mitchell's are outstanding. They always go above and beyond to provide help, advice and a personalised service. I can't recommend highly enough.My GP once wrote me up for some medicine my consultant requested but got the dose incorrect. Mitchells spotted this straight away, rang me to check what the consultant had said to me then contacted my GP to correct the error.They genuinely care about customers and tailor advice to your regular medications. Thanks so much.

With previous pharmacies have had a few issues obtaining my medication consistently.This pharmacy not only ensure they have consistent stock for me but go above and beyond to ensure I can collect or they will deliver in time as would be dangerous if I did not have my regular tablets in time.They have also been able to advise me on my particular medication brand where I have had to chase all over in the past.If you need regular prescriptions I would definitely recommend this pharmacy. They are not my local pharmacy as I actually have a pharmacy 5 mins from my house but having piece of mind that they always ensure I can receive my medication is amazing!
