Iv ordered from here maybe 4 to 5 time normally nice but never again on the 8/9/24 we only ordered chicken curry with rice and chips my girlfriend come across a long hair in her food then straight after I did too and they wasn't interested one bit when we told them please I wouldn't eat here because they aren't arsed

Driest fried rice ever, pork pieces were tiny and hard, looked like they were old and had been chopped up small to disguise it. Beef curry had hardly any beef in and was extremely watered down. Chips were dry as a nuns chuff.

Just ordered some food and actually called the company to say how impressed I was with the freshness and quality of the food. It?s refreshing to get a quality take away these days at a reasonable cost.Hats off the to the chef!*****

Been using this place for 14 year. Until recently the denied my order going through and asked me to do it again. Which I did to be told again it hasn't gone through and can I do it again. Promises of no charges as the order didn't go through to then be charged £120 for one order because it had infact gone through all 3 times. Had to raise a dispute with my bank due to them refusing and denying the charges

Very disappointed. We ordered a takeaway to be delivered ASAP. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Although the food is generally very good, we will not be ordering from New Ho Garden again as this is the third time we have been left waiting almost two hours for food.

Again New Ho Gardens have let me down.. £20.70 for 2 meals. The meat in the beef & mushrooms tasted like something you would give the dog. Absolutely vile..I'll not be using this place again.

The best Chinese takeaway in town!We always collect and its never more than 20 mins, piping hot, and everything nice and tasty!Extra chilli's and cashews make everything nice and fresh!Don't tell anyone!
