It's a real shame, there was once a statistic that something like 23,000,000 chickens a year are sacrificed for this chain alone and once upon a time, you could justify it. The chicken was finger licking good, and the service was matched.These days, it's run by our European friends, and yes they smile, and yes they pick up on bits of sentences you try and make but this one time GIANT fast food Kingdom, has fallen.... Poor chickens, sad times.

Went here just before 9pm, weren't making zingers, weren't making any burgers, all they had was hot wings. The 3rd time I've been and this has happened, decided to go to a different one from now on. Staff are always miserable too.

Terrible customer service.Staff wander around, don't want to take orders at the till and do their best to ignore you.Food was okay, but they keep you waiting ten minutes plus once ordered.

Went 15/2/24. We love KFC, visit often, yesterday's meal was the worst ever, it was fatty, not cooked properly, the chips were dry, we didn't get a choice of drinks... Absolutely appalling, we won't visit again... I wouldn't have given that food to my dog..

Unfortunately, KFC in Horsforth is shocking!The counter staff don't know how to manage when it's busy. We received two extra drinks with the adult meals than what we needed and two extra children's drinks, even when we received drinks with our initial meals.They gave my partner gravy with his meal, even when he ordered beans, but when one of the staff members asked for some beans and was told they didn't have any, they just gave my partner an item he didn't ask for without informing him. He could have been allergic! It is such bad service.I will, however, compliment a young man named Adam who works as a cook who has been told he is the best cook at the Horsforth branch ???

Shocking!! We ordered a 6 piece wicked variety bucket only to receive 6 piddly drum sticks, broken bits of boneless strips, dry hot wings, and burnt chips. Never in all our years of ordering from KFC have we ever received anything but a good and fair variety of chicken pieces in our sharing bucket, at the very least. Not only that; but all that we received were clearly just the remaining leftovers, and so obviously slapped into the bucket. Absolutely shameful! Especially considering how much we pay for it. Utterly unacceptable. I'll be writing to someone to demand a refund for this overpriced insult of a dinner. The disrespectful cheek of these idiots (and that's me being extremely polite on my public review!). People pay a fortune for this brand and should be receiving excellent quality. Have more respect for your paying customers!!
